| House is
approximately 2500 SF plus 600 SF porch, central
air/heat. You can fish from the front porch, from the
dock, or from your own boat. Located on a small (300 ft
across) shallow (2-4 ft deep, sandy bottom) bay. The area
is surrounded by over 100 Sq Miles of refuges. This was
the fishing area of famed artist Winslow Homer. The
fishing is great TODAY! In the area, we catch Redfish and
Trout, as well as Grouper, Sheephead, & Flounder. Enjoy crabing off the dock, reading on the swing, bathing on the beach, boating, swimming, birding, hiking, bicycling or just relaxing. The house overlooks Windmill Bay which flows into the St. Martin River (shown in the distance above) and then into the Gulf of Mexico. Property is approximately 2.5 miles from the Gulf via water. Ozello is one of the few remaining parts of "old Florida". |
